My deepest condolences to the family. Ive known Alyshia for many years, I went to High School with Alyshia. We first met when I was new to Edgewood our freshman year, and she was one of the first people that made me feel welcome and showed kindness. She had a contagious smile. Was a one of a kind person for sure. One of the most happy memories I have of her is, I remember the day she got her license she was so very excited, I remember the blue car she drove. We kept in touch on Facebook after Graduation, I kept Alyshia in my prayers always as I learned she had health obstacles, but seemed determined to not let them get her down. I was deeply saddened to hear about her passing. I had been praying and thinking about her, I knew she had surgery recently. Rest easy my friend, Fly High Sweetheart you will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing you.
