Obituary of Billie Lee

Bedford-Billie J. Lee, 66 of Hwy 50 East Bedford died August 3, 2009 at the Dunn Memorial Hospital. Born February 28, 1943 in Poole, Kentucky he was the son of John Martin and Elizabeth Mae (Babb) Lee. He married Brenda Short on February 17, 1962 and she survives. He was a member of the Pinhook Church of Christ. He retired from SAMCO. Surviving with his wife Brenda are three sons: Alan Lee of South Carolina, Troy Lee and his wife Vicki of Bedford, and Morgan Lee and his wife LaDonna of Bedford; grandchildren: Michael Lee and wife, Dezza, T.J. Lee and Kaleigh Vest, Emily, Austin, Abbie, Lil Morgan, Elizabeth, and Eli Lee; one brother: Bobbie Lee and his wife Mona of Tunnelton; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parent and grandparents. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday August 8th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Johnny Johnson and Bro. Mike Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Pinhook Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 until 8:00 P.M. on Friday, August 7th and from 9:00 am until the hour of service on Saturday, August 8th at the Day & Carter Mortuary. Pallbearers: David Stidham, Kevin Brown, David Lee, Mark Lee, Michael Lee, T.J. Lee, and Austin Lee. Honorary Pallbearers: Lil. Morgan, Emily, Elizabeth, Abbie, and Eli Lee.
