Mikes family is in my prayers. I use to talk to Mike daily by phone, mostly clowning around, telling funny stories, and cracking jokes while ordering trucks for my employer in Toledo, Ohio. I never had the pleasure to meet him in person, though I always wanted too. He was a great man to due business with. He took very good care of Relco customers, and cared very much for his drivers and staff. May God Bless All Of You, and give you strength to get through this difficult time.

Gone but Not Forgotten Dedicated to Mike Leathers
You were so full of life, Always smiling and carefree, Life loved you being a part of it, And we loved you being a part of us. You could make anyone laugh, If they were having a bad day, No matter how sad we were, You could take the hurt away. Nothing could every stop you, Or even make you fall, You were ready to take on the world, Ready to do it all. But God decided he needed you, So from this world you left, But you took a piece of all of us, our hearts are what you kept. Your seat is now empty, And it's hard not to see your face, But please always know this, No one will ever take your place. You left without a warning, Not even saying good-bye, And we can't seem to stop, Asking the question why? Nothing will ever be the same, The halls are empty without your laughter, But we know you're in Heaven, Watching over us and looking after. We didn't see this coming, It hit us by surprise, And when you left this world, A small part of us died. Your smile could brighten anyone's day, No matter what they were going through, And we know every day for the rest of our life, We will be truly missing you. Much Love and Respect, All of your friends at Relco Systems

I think I speak for everyone at relco when I say Mike will be missed. He always done what he could to keep us drivers at bedford moving down the road. He understood that family came first and done his best to get everyone home, and that is hard to find in this line of work. Im very sorry for your loss, and just remember Mike is in a better place now.

I worked with Mike at Wetterau. He was a special person with his sense of humor. He always brought his boys in with him to pick up his paycheck and I would have candy in my desk to give them. My symphony to all concerned. May God be with you.

My thoughts and prayers are both with Mike's family and his many friends. I've worked with Mike for ten years and during those ten years, he was always upbeat no matter what was going on in his life. I knew that if I needed a laugh during the day, I could call Mike and he'd have me laughing over something silly at work. He will be missed for his humour, compassion and love of life. God Bless.
