Bedford – Patricia J. Terry, 82, of Bedford, passed away at 2:57 am on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at I.U. Health Bloomington Hospital.

Born September 5, 1938, in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Lora and Josephine (Wray) Brooking. She married Donald Terry on July 14, 1956 and he preceded her in death on May 21, 2015. She had worked as a bookkeeper for Skelgas for twenty-eight years and was a member of the White River Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Dale Terry and Steve Terry, both of Bedford; a granddaughter, Kelsi Terry, of Orleans; two grandsons, Kreg Terry and wife, Megan, of Ft. Wayne and Darren Terry and wife, Miranda, of Colorado Springs, CO; a great grandson, Theo Terry; two brothers, Edward of Bedford and James Brooking, of Norman. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a brother, Randy Brooking.

Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 pm on Monday, May 17th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Kenny Dalton officiating. Burial will be in the White River Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until the hour of service on Monday, May 17th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
