Obituary of Joyce M. Trinkle

Springville – Joyce M. Trinkle, 81, of Springville, died at 12:09 pm on January 9, 2021 at Monroe Hospital. Born January 15, 1939 in Loogootee, she was the daughter of Albert N. and Dorothy P. (Mattingly) Rose. She was a member of the Bartlettsville Christian Church. Joyce loved the Smoky Mountains. Survivors include two daughters, Brenda Morron and husband Bradley of Springville, Cindy Smale and husband Rick of North Carolina; eleven grandchildren, Tara, Kendall, Jessica, Amy, Josh, Stewart, Dawson, Meredith, Kristin, Rachel, and Kinsey; fifteen great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; and three brothers, Harold “Butch” Rose and wife Peggy of Bloomington, Wayne Rose and wife Marcia of Bedford, and Bruce Rose and wife Catherine of Bedford. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, W. Bradley; and two brothers Bob and Jimmy Rose. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Thursday, January 14th at the Bartlettsville Christian Church, with Pastors Taylor Brown and Tim Day officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 am on Thursday, January 14th until the hour of service at Bartlettsville Christian Church.
