Thanks Carl for building a gymnasium for the youth of Bethel Faith Temple! Without the gym we might have become involved in alcohol, drugs, illicit relations , and other nefarious activities like David.

Bro. and Sis. Hunter and I always appreciated Carl and Marie's contributions to many glorious church services at Trinity Chapel then 'coincidently' again at Bethel Faith. The Holy Spirit moved as music we all shared as we would yield to God's leading. Fortunately, they will all see one another in Heaven. (Roger too!) Praise the Lord for our continued 'Hope" to have the same joy one day. Love & prayers to you all! Lonnie and Janelle (and their 4 daughters) live in D.C. They send their condolences too.

Well said Sister Shirley! Was it easy for Lonnie to place you in a nursing home and move away? You did a wonderful job raising him! When we all have children I know the hope and prayer is that one day that they turn us over to caregivers in our times of need.

What a blessing Bro Fields was! He was always smiling and always had the victory no matter what he faced! And now he has won the final victory! So happy for him and sad for the family at the same time. I know he will be missed by all who knew him! Blessings of comfort, peace of mind and rest for the family. Thank God we have the hope of seeing him once again and it won't be very long! God bless the Fields family and hold them close during this time! Sincerely Ed and Linda Skiles

So many fond memories of Carl and Marie in Florida! We often met for lunch. One time, David and I got there first and while he parked the car, a stranger approached me, thinking I was a woman he was meeting that he’d met online! We all had a laugh about that. The next time we met, it happened again except it was Marie who was approached. Carl turned to David and said, “We can’t take these girls anywhere...”.

I will sadly miss uncle Carl. We have peace in knowing that he is in Heaven with our Heavenly Father and has been reunited with family and friends that went home before him. Thoughts and prayers to family and friends.
