Phyllis was a school classmate and life-long friend of my late wife, Betty Beaver Turner. I met Phyllis and her husband, Dink, when I came to Bedford in 1974. I knew that she was a great wife to Dink, a great mother to her children, a great and loyal friend to her friends, and a great and faithful follower of our Lord and Savoir, Jesus Christ. She will be sorely missed by all that knew her. But, as it is said, our loss is Heaven's gain. Phyllis is now reunited with departed loved ones and friends. And, the Bedford High School Class of '49 is preparing a heavenly reunion. I am sorry that I will be unable to attend services for Phyllis due to my health concerns and the coronavirus. However, my prayers and thoughts will be with her family and friends as they celebrate her life and mourn her loss. With Deepest Sympathy, Harold G. Turner

My mom, Gloria and Phyllis were neighbors until my Moms death in 2018. Phyllis was a wonderful neighbor. They looked out for each other. She will be missed.
