Obituary of Keith Norman

Keith Norman, 87, of Conroe, TX, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at residence. Born November 4, 1932 in Heltonville, he was the son of Earl and Eva (Sowders) Norman. He first married Roberta Stafford on September 1, 1951 and she preceded him in death on May 20, 1984. He then married Joyce Furstenfeld on August 30, 1988 and she survives. Keith worked in the limestone industry and was a member of the First Church of God in Conroe, TX. Survivors include: his wife, Joyce of Texas, two sons, Farrell Norman (Lynne) of Rome City, IN, Mark Norman (Vickie) of Bedford, three daughters, Marlene (Thomas) of Bedford, Gina Day of Irving, TX, Eva Lake (Jackie) of North Ritchland Hills, TX, one stepson, Stephen Furstenfeld (Julie) of Colorado, 18 grandchildren, six step grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, six step great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren, three siblings, Joan Bailey of Bedford, Colleen Perry of Bedford and Larry Norman (Brenda) of Heltonville, several nieces and nephews. He was in preceded death by his parents, first wife, three grandchildren, one step great granddaughter, seven brothers and one sister. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, August 17, 2020 in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Lindy Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow in Meadows Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the hour of the service on Monday at the mortuary. Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Keith to the Limestone Girls and Boys Club.
