Obituary of Sheila L. Arthur

Williams – Sheila L. Arthur, 57, of Williams, passed away at 3:48 am on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at I.U. Health Bedford. Born January 10, 1963 in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Jack and June (Jones) Cornwell. She married Tony M. Arthur on April 28, 1979 and he survives. She was a homemaker and owner of Arthur Truck & Trailer Repair of Mitchell, IN. She enjoyed dirt track racing, motorcycle riding and loved spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her husband, Tony, of Williams; children, Tony (Crystal) Arthur, Jimmy (Amy) Arthur, all of Mitchell, Onnie Arthur, of Bedford, Tonya Johnson (Randy Shields), of Mitchell, Paul (Samantha) Arthur, of Fayetteville, Beth (Emma) Arthur, George “Kenny” (Richlynn) Arthur, all of Bedford, Sam (Brittany) Arthur, of Springville, Timothy “Popeye” Arthur, of Williams; twenty-three grandchildren; four great grandchildren and ten siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Timothy Arthur. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Monday, June 15th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Jeff Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Williams Cemetery.
