Obituary of Margaret L. Martin

Margaret L. Martin, 93, of Bedford, passed away Monday, May 4, 2020 at Garden Villa. Born July 29, 1929 in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Luther and Echo (Pritchett) Meadows. She married James H. Martin in 1943 and he preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and a member of the Restoration Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include, three sons, Larry Martin, Steve Martin and wife Jeanne and Tim Martin, all of Bedford, seven grandchildren, Jami Lee and husband Michael of Bedford, Tobi Todd and husband Jason Kindred of Freetown, L.D. Martin and wife Jennifer of Williams, Scott Martin and wife Kristina of North Carolina, Tara McGee and husband Shawn of Avoca, Brandi Martin and Josie Martin both of Bedford, eleven great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one sister, Mary Frances Meadows. Private graveside services will be held at Hanson Cemetery with Pastor Harold Godsey and Pastor Ken Bushey.
