Obituary of Cathey Smith

Avoca – Cathey Smith, 54, of Avoca, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at I.U. Health Bloomington Hospital. Born June 6, 1965 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Wayne and Linda (Lintz) Sullivan. She had worked at Jay-C Store before becoming disabled. She attended Bedford First Assembly. Survivors include her parents, Wayne and Linda Sullivan, of Avoca; a daughter, Aavena Smith; a brother, Wayne Sullivan, II; two sisters, Carol (David) Webb and Diana Patton; and a niece, Layken Patton and her children, Edysen Irwin and Aurora Patton. She was preceded in death by a nephew, Jeremiah Webb. Private graveside services will be conducted on Friday, February 21st at the Springville Christian Cemetery with Pastor Steve Terry officiating.
