Obituary of Trudy Ann Armstrong

Springville – Trudy Ann Armstrong, 74, of Springville, passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at I.U. Health Bloomington Hospital. Born April 28, 1945 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Winferd and Alice (Combs) Deckard. She married Joe Armstrong on June 10, 1967 and he survives. She was a realtor with Keach & Grove Real Estate and a member of the Dive Christian Church. Trudy was the love of Joe’s life from the first day of first grade and will be deeply missed. Survivors include her husband, Joe, of Springville; two sons, Jeffrey Armstrong and wife, Jennifer, Darren Armstrong and wife, April, all of Springville; grandchildren, Hayden and Hayleigh Armstrong, Caris and Cambel Armstrong, Clay and Cole Burton; three sisters, Maxine Adams, June Patrick, and Linda Meadows, all of Bedford. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Clara Hall. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Monday, January 27th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Joe McAdams officiating. Burial will follow in the Hanson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday, January 26th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
