Dad where to begin. He never met a stranger, never had a bad word about anyone. He had so many friends. He loved the Smokie Mountains and he what'd to go back to SF to see the Golden Gate Bridge. Saturday Morning 1/11/20. I told him if he was ready to Go Fly over the Golden Gate Bridge I was ready to let him go. Because I knew that would be the only way he would be able to see it again. At 8:30 that night he went to go Fly over that bridge. I miss him so much. I know he is in a better place no more needles no more pain. I'm sure he is resting high on the mountain tops as well. Dad you will always be in my prayers and thoughts everyday. I Love You Dad.

Willard was one of the finest guy's one could be blessed to call a friend. I will always cherish he and Pearl's lunchtime visits to our shop. We would catch up on our lives and reminiscence about propane gas day's gone by. If one was lucky enough to have Willard as a friend. Then you would also know,that he would be there for you no matter what. God received one of the finest when he took Willard. Our deepest thought's and prayer's to Pearl and Willard's children. I've known Willard and Pearl for many years. If he saw Dad and the boys in Harold's barbershop, he'd stop in and say hi. If I was there too, he always had a word for me. I used to love to watch Willard and Jack work cattle at the Big Red Barn, and could talk to Pearl at the same time. They would come dawn to the Silverville Compactor and would always ask how Mom was and how things were going, then fill me in on what was going on with them. Then came that horrid day here while back when he told me the cancer was back and there was nothing they could do. But they still came down to see me if nothing else. I'll miss him, along with so many others along the way. We'll see you again, Willard.
