Phil and I were apprentices for former Plumber's Local Union 73. Now Local 440. Phil was a super nice man. We would see each other during Saturday morning apprentice classes. The good old days. I knew Phil's sister Kathy and husband Jerry. Also very good people. God Bless Phil's family. May He enfold them all in His Strong Protective embrace.

Bob and I shared Phil's life for less time than some of you; however, he and my sister Deb could not have had better years
together. Phil gifted Deb with the warm and loving family she always wanted and enjoyed tremendously. Deb in return
showed that "getting by" was not living. She put "life" in Phil's life every day.

I extend my deepest and sincere sympathy to Phil's whole family. Phil and Linda were two very special people...both were always caring and helping other people. I can remember when Linda worked at Dunn Memorial...that was a few years ago. Phil would bring the girl's over to the hospital at various times to see Linda. Phil was truly a dedicated busband, father and friend. Rest in peace my friend.

My whole family will remember Uncle Phil and the good times we had at his yearly weenie roasts and pool parties! Brian loved him so much!!!!! My kids still talk about the wagon rides Uncle Phil would take us on, picking up persimmons and cutting them open and what that meant ☺️, and looking for sink holes on the property. He was a fun ad loving man. Debi, I am praying for you, I know you will miss him dearly. He loved his family and it showed! Love you Debi! Amy Kiefer and kiddos.

Thankful I came and seen Phil on debi’s birthday... he brought much joy to a woman I love and have know my whole life... she was the happiest I had ever seen her when she was with Phil... Phil was a very close friend of our whole family, I had the opportunity to work for him as a Union laborer at a housing project in Clarksville Indiana in the late 70’s. He was a great superintendent and inspiration to me. My mother and Linda were very close.
My Parents referred to Phil as sonny boy, he was always there to help. When Debbie came into Phil’s life my mom was relieved.
He will always be one of the great men in my life.
