Obituary of Tamara Koontz

Bedford Tamara Koontz, 51, of 105 Carter Lane, Bedford, died at 1:05 pm Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at I.U. Health Bedford Hospital. Born November 11, 1959 in Bloomington, IN, she was the daughter of Jerry Barrett, Patricia Flynn and Larry Hoff. She married Dwayne L. Koontz on October 2, 1993 and he survives. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Dwayne of Bedford; her mother, Patricia Hoff of Bedford; a son, Josh Richardson of Bedford; two grandchildren, Lindsey and Isabella Richardson; three brothers, Terry Hoff of Bedford, Gary Hoff of Seymour and Tim Barrett of Bloomington; a sister, Susie Cain of Bloomington. She was preceded in death by her fathers. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Friday, October 7th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Gerald Flynn officiating. Burial will follow in the Garrison Chapel Cemetery in Bloomington, IN. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 6th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
