Obituary of Rebecca Hedge

Bedford Rebecca (Becky) Hedge, 60, of Bedford, died at 5:57 pm on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis. Born, November 25, 1953 in Indianapolis, IN, she was the daughter of Sam and Frances (Cox) Spinks. She married Tony Hedge on October 23, 1976 and he survives. She was employed at Bedford Regional Medical Center for 30 years in Dietary, the Labor Institute for 10 years in Dietary and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her husband, Tony of Bedford, one daughter, Erin Hedge of Bedford, two brothers, Scott Spinks of Louisville, KY and Brian Spinks of Bedford, two sisters, Nancy Thiet of Meza, AZ and Teresa Wilson of Avoca. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Saturday, March 1, 2014 in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Kenny Adams officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, February 28th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
