Obituary of Neil K. Baker

Bedford Neil K. Baker, 69, of 138 Maple Leaf Road, Bedford, died at 6:55 am on Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at his residence. Born June 29, 1937 in Lawrence County, he was the son of Otto and Esther (Duke) Baker. He married Treva Mayden on June 29, 1957 and she survives. He was a retired supervisor after 47 years at the RC/Big Red Bottling in Seymour, IN. Surviving with his wife, Treva of Bedford is one daughter, Kimberly Sykes and her husband, Scott of Bedford; one granddaughter, Krista Sykes of Bedford and her fiance Kyle Blevins of Bloomington; one brother, James Baker and his wife, Barbara of Indianapolis; several nieces and nephews; brothers and sisters-in-law, Hank Mayden and his wife, Susan of Bedford; Katie Deckard and her husband, Jerry of Bedford; Helen Lynch and her husband, Fred of Mitchell; Evelyn Holler and her husband, Bob of Salem. Funeral Information Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 17th at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Bedford with Brandon Mayden officiating. No calling hours are scheduled.
