Obituary of Hazel V. Koetter
Bedford Hazel (Webb) Koetter, 71, of 356 Stove Road, Bedford, IN, died at 4:10 pm on Wednesday, August 13, 2003 at the Bedford Regional Medical Center.
Born August 16, 1932 in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Roy and Phoebe Oliver. She married Oscar Webb on March 19, 2002 and he survives. She was a homemaker and a member of the Free Methodist Church and of the Pentecostal faith.
Surviving with her husband, Oscar are two sons, Ed Stiffler and his wife, Billie and Jerry Stiffler all of Bedford; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one step-son, David Webb of Avoca; three step-daughters, Carol Jean Sproles and Sandra Webb both of Bedford and Linda Dawson of Williams; five step grandchildren and ten step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Charles Pierce; one granddaughter, Polly Pierce; four brothers and four sisters. Funeral Information
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Friday, August 15th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Stan Kelley and Pastor Ronnie McLain officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Friday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
