Obituary of Patricia Baxter

Bedford – Patricia Baxter, 62, of Bedford, died at 2:35 pm on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at her residence.

Born September 15, 1956, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Erza and Mary Etta (Sullivan) Brown. She married Charles Baxter on June 9, 1973 and he survives. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Charles, of Bedford; two step-children, Shana Davis, of Bedford and Bryan Baxter and Tina, of Bedford; six step-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; a sister, Rosetta Root and husband, Paul, of Bedford. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Brenda Eagan and a brother, David Brown.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Thursday, August 1^st in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Bro. John Turpin officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Thursday at the Day & Carter Mortuary. Cremation will follow. Family and friends may express condolences at www.daycarter.com.
