Obituary of Judith Ann Myers

Bedford – Judy Ann (Luallen) Myers, 79, of Bedford, died at 7:14 pm on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at her residence.

Born December 31, 1939 in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Ralph and Louise (Miller) Luallen. She married Jerry D. Myers on May 4, 1956 and he preceded her in death on May 16, 2010. She retired as a typesetter for the Times-Mail. She loved to cook and was an avid reader. She loved her family and was very close with her siblings.

Survivors include a daughter, Vickie Hamilton, of Heltonville; two sons, Randy (Sheila) Myers, of Bedford and Lanny (Debbie) Myers, of Springville; grandchildren, Crystal Siegfred (Kyle), of Trefalgar, Jeremy Myers, of Bedford, Hunter Hamilton, of Heltonville,  Zarod (Ariel) Myers, Zion Myers and Delaney Myers, all of Bedford; eight great grandchildren; a brother, Joe Luallen (Martha), of Guthrie; sisters, Patty Prince (Cloyd), of Bedford, Joyce Sipes (Billy), of Heltonville, Sandy Patton (Mike), of Bloomington, Brenda Smith (Ronnie), of Bedford. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son-in-law, Mike Hamilton, a brother, Morris Luallen and a sister-in-law, Saundra Luallen; a nephew, Billy Dewayne Sipes.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 23^rd at Sherrill Cemetery with Jeff Hauersperger officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, July 22^nd at the Day & Carter Mortuary. Family and friends may express condolences at www.daycarter.com.
