Obituary of Robert T. Hollars

Bedford – Robert T. Hollars, 53, of Bedford, died at 3:30 am on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at his residence.

Born January 9, 1966 in Lawrence Co., he was the son of Terry and Martha (Craig) Hollars. He married Skyla Sproles on September 27, 1991 and she survives. He was a belt saw operator at Indiana Cut Stone. He attended the Mitchell Wesleyan Church.

Survivors include his wife, Skyla, of Bedford; his mother, Martha Craig Hollars, of Bedford; two brothers Ron Hollars and Rick Hollars, and wife, Andrea, of Bedford; his mother-in-law, Charlotte Sproles, of Bedford; a brother-in-law, Dave Sproles, of Bedford. He was preceded in death by his father, Terry Hollars and grandfather, Orville “Doc” Hollars.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 27^th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Steve Jones and Pastor Don McNabb officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the hour of service on Saturday, April 27^th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
