Obituary of Marvin L. Kinser

Marvin L. Kinser, 61, of 1103 Sheridan Dr. in Bedford, formerly of Clarksville, IN, died at 12:43 pm on Sunday, April 24, 2005 in Bedford. Born June 11, 1943 in Lawrence County, he was the son of Roy and Helen (Covey) Kinser. He was a welder at Jeffboat in Jeffersonville, IN and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was of the Protestant faith. Survivors include his former wife, Sandy Smith of Bedford; his mother, Helen; one daughter, Tina Adams and her husband, Mark of Bedford; one brother, Mike Kinser of Bedford; two granddaughters, Stacey Eagan and her husband, Chris and Megan Jones of Bedford; two grandsons, Steven and Casey Jones both of Bedford and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Tammy Kinser; his father, Roy Kinser and one sister, Marilyn Hicks and her husband, Sam. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 28th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Kenny Dalton and Brent ONeal officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, April 27th and from 12:00 noon until the hour of service on Thursday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
