Obituary of Patricia Jones

Bedford – Patricia Jones, 60, of Bedford, died at 9:37 pm on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at her residence.

Born September 23, 1957 in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Kenneth and Nancy (Fugate) Jones. She was a cook at Ryan’s Steakhouse in Bloomington and attended Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness. She loved country music and Elvis, reading the Bible and spending time with her family.

Survivors include a daughter, Becky McNear and husband, Patrick; a son, Christopher Welsh, and fiancé Nikki all of Bedford; a daughter, Jenny Reeves and husband Darrell of Nashville, IN; a granddaughter, Lilly Lawson of Bedford, and many adopted children and grandchildren; a sister, Tonya Reed, of Franklin, IN; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, and a brother.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, April 29^th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Sunday at the Day & Carter Mortuary. Cremation will follow. Family and friends may express condolences at www.daycarter.com.
