Obituary of Janice Nadine Holmes

Bedford-Janice Nadine Holmes, 62, of Bedford died at 2:30 pm on Friday, March 16, 2018 at home surrounded by her family. 

Born December 11, 1955 in Bedford, IN she was the daughter of Donald R. Holt and Frances P. (Mundy) Holt Bosell.  She was a Team Leader in the Deli at Jay C Plus in Bedford.  Jan enjoyed crafting, reading, and spending time with her family, friends, pets, and watching the I.D. Channel. 

Survivors include two daughters: Dena R. Kimmel and Shawna L Cady (Dennis French) all of Bedford; two granddaughters: Trinity D. and Gracie R. Cady both of Bedford; three sisters: Connie Cundiff of Shoals, Dona Wheat of Shoals, and Becky (John) Sellers of Trinity Springs; one brother, Monty Holt of Shoals; her beloved pets: Minnie and Molly, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her step father, Henry Bosell, and one nephew, Tony Wheat.

Jan’s wishes were to be cremated without services.  In lieu of flowers her family suggests that donations be made in her memory to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
