Obituary of Ian Talmadge Love

Martinsville – Ian Talmadge Love, 23, of Martinsville, formerly of Bedford and North Carolina, died at 10:50 pm on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis.

Born May 27, 1994 in Chapel Hill, NC, he was the son of John E. and Maxine M (McCosh) Love. He was a closer at Burger King Restaurant in Mooresville. He was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in North Carolina and attended Stone City Christian Academy.

Survivors include his parents, of Four Oaks, NC; two brothers, William Love, of Greenwood and Brian Chyreck, of Martinsville; paternal grandparents, Melvin and Gwyn Love, of Dunn, NC; maternal grandparents, Alex and Carol McCosh, of Northern Ireland; two uncles, Ross Love and Alexander McCosh; four aunts, Amanda Stewart, Nicola McCord, Ruth Taylor and Stephanie Mairs.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Monday, October 30th at Hilltop Cemetery in Avoca with Pastor David Zempel officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm on Monday, at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
