Obituary of Steven Wayne Elkins

Mitchell – Steven Wayne Elkins, 59, of Mitchell, died at 8:45 am on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at his residence.

Born September 25, 1958, he was the son of Caroll Eugene and Mildred Elkins. He was an electronics technician at RCA and attended Woodville Baptist Church.

Survivors include his companion, Debbie Fleenor, of Mitchell; two daughters, Casandra Elkins and Kathleen Elkins, both of Bedford; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Mike and Rick Elkins; one sister, Cathy. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gary.
