Suzan was a dear friend who loved and talked about her girls all the time, she would do anything to make them happy or take their sadness and hurt away. Family was very important to her and if you were lucky enough to call her a friend she treated you like family. Suzan was strong, hard working and so kind, she was one of my only friends who could change her oil, clean the house and bake 200 cookies all before noon. Iv always said the only thing she sugar coated was her cookies, and that is one of the many things I loved about her. It's difficult knowing I will never see her again but the impact she had on me and the memories we shared I will hold on to forever. I'l keep the girls and all her family in my thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time.

Worked with Suzan at BNL. She was the kindest person. She loved the students in my Moderately Handicapped class. She popped in our class and talked to students when she could. On holidays brought her great cookies to the kids. She was a friend to me and staff in my classroom. She was. "golden". Not one that can be replaced. God Bless

I truly am heart broken by this news. She was on the security watch for all four years of my high school career and I made it almost a ritual to talk to her everyday. She was one of the ones that made me want to go to school just so I could have a conversation with her. She was always up beat and positive and had a great light about her in everyone's life. There are so many families who deeply feel this loss. Suzan was a great friend and we shall feel a great hole in our hearts. This was the most unexpected tragedy that could happen. I remember Suzan the most as a great PTO officer at Stalker Elementary. She gave so much of her time over the years that her girls attended there. She'd help plan carnivals, run concession stands at ball games, make the staff delicious lasagna dinners, braid hair for cheerleaders,and so much more. She loved her girls with all her heart and it was evident through the hours spent on their activities. I was also on Poms with Tiffany at BNL and Suzan was always there to help in anyway that she could. My prayers are with her family during this time and the years ahead as they adjust to this life change.

I spent my four years at beford north lawrence with Mrs Kintz and was such an inspiration to me and I loved her so much. When I was teacher assistant for the front desk she was always up there picking on me in a funny way that made me laugh.She always knew how to put a smile on my face when I was having a bad day. She was the sweetest lady I have ever met and she has helped through so much during those four years of high school and i'm going to miss her so much. Dear girls,
A dear friend of mine called me yesterday to tell me of your mom’s passing. She was a good friend and I not only loved you girls but loved your mom.
