Obituary of Hulen D. Kidd

Springville Hulen D. Kidd, 73, of Springville, died at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, April 26, 2005 at his residence. Born February 17, 1932 in Wayne Co., Kentucky, he was the son of Rev. Walter Kidd and Lissie (Jones) Kidd. He married Estelle Morrow and she survives. He was a lawnmower repairman and a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Springville. Survivors include his wife, Estelle of Springville; two sons, Wayne Kidd of Buddha and Tim Kidd of Springville; four sisters, Ora Keith, Bonnie Collins and Lillie Surber all of Pulaski Co., Kentucky, Chloa Morrow of Oolitic; three brothers, Harrison Kidd of Springville, Ed Kidd of Bedford and Chester Kidd of Somerset, Kentucky; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, seven brothers and two sisters. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday, April 29th at the Grace Baptist Church in Springville with Rev. Roscoe Godsey officiating. Burial will follow in Springville West Cemetery. Friends may call from 4;00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 28th at the Day & Carter Mortuary and from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Friday at the Grace Baptist Church.
