I had the pleasure of caring for Phyllis during her illness. To me, she was one of those patients that made me remember why I became a nurse. I will forever remember the nights we spent talking about life, family, and God. She truly loved her family and friends- her face would light up so bright when talking of them. As her tribute said, she knew no stranger. She was always so thankful to all of us. I am so glad to have met her. I know she touched so many lives, including my own. I send my deepest condolences to each of her loved ones.
