Obituary of Mildred L. Brown

Bedford – Mildred “Mid” L. Brown, 95, of Bedford, died Sunday, June 18, 2017 at Stonebridge Health Campus in Bedford.

Born August 25, 1921 in Lawrence Co., she was the daughter of Amos L. and Susan Elva (Speer) Brown.

Survivors include four generations of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, five sisters, Alice Pauline Brown, Lillie “Katie” Guthrie, Mae Crane, Trellah V. Yost, and Maudie Brown; three brothers, Luther, Winfred and Ralph Brown.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Friday, June 23rd in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Kelly Carson officiating. Burial will follow in Pinhook Cemetery.
