Tom, Steve and family... I have just learned of Jessie's passing. May God continue to comfort yall with His peace and presence. He was always such a joy to talk with Sunday AMs at McDonald's--where he always greeted me with a smile and handshake. He was a special friend...one I know that I will see again some day in Heaven.

I was privileged to visit with Jessie in August of this year in the VA Hospital when he was honored by several retired officers of the United States Army. Jessie was very proud to have served his country and this ceremony was VERY meaningful to him. If you ever spoke to Jessie you knew immediately that he truly was a servant of GOD, he NEVER passed up an opportunity to share the WORD with you and tell you how good GOD had been to him and after that he would proceed to tell you how proud he was of his family. GOD has blessed Jessie by healing his body and we know we could all be with Jessie some day. Will miss seeing and talking with Jessie at Johnny's and McDonalds.
