I am going to miss Papaw very much, I wish it didn't take so long to finally meet him. Phil was gentle, kind, and was a family man. We were so sad to hear about Phillip. Im an employee of the Ellettsville IGA where Phillip cashed in and purchased lottery. I was shocked and saddened to hear of Phil's passing. Phil and I often talked whenever we saw each other. A common background of RCA and Cook often provided fuel for an interesting conversation. He seldom failed to ask about his Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Ellen who happened to be my neighbors too.
I know Phil will be missed by all of his co-workers of the past and present. He was a good man who seemed to get along well with everyone.
