Dear Bud, Cathy and Cassie,
We are so sorry for your loss. I (Andy) had the opportunity to work with and get to know Frances at the Bloomington Field Office. I loved Frances and I will always appreciate her friendship. She loved on all of our children through the years whenever they would visit the office. She always had a treat for them. Her love for her family was unquestionable. She was particularly proud of her grandchildren, Kim and Adam, and all of their accomplishments in life!! We will miss her greatly and will be praying for your family.
With our Deepest Sympathy,
Andy and Mary Beth King

Sending my sincere condolences to Frances' family. Frances was a big part of our Ecological Services admin team and dedicated to do a great job. When we talked on the phone she loved to share the latest news on her grandchildren. It was a pleasure to know her.

My mother worked with Frances at IU for many years and they were always exchanging recipes. She loved her family very much and I always remember her talking about her girls. What a blessing she was,

Our deepest sympathy to the family on your loss. Frances was a caring, thoughtful person who was a blessing to those who worked with her. She was always interested in how things were going with co-workers and their families, and it was wonderful to see how much she enjoyed doing things for her children and grandchildren, as well as giving treats to the little ones who came into the office. She brightened up many lives, and will be missed greatly. Praying for the peace of God to fill your hearts and minds, and provide comfort in the days ahead.

Bud, Cathy, Cassie and family,
Please accept our deepest sympathies.
Frances was a wonderful person and friend. Although we have not been in close touch with Frances over the past years, she is in our hearts forever. Frances was like an Aunt to our boys when we lived in Bloomington, always doing kind acts for our family. She inspired my candy making, giving me the first coconut bonbon recipe that was the beginning of my love for candy making. I still have the ceramic pie container that she made for me, although I do not make many pies anymore, I think of Francis when I see it in my kitchen cupboard. She was really a kind and gentle soul.- Susie
And oh, how the boys liked visiting Frances, Bud, and Cyrano, their dachshund, at her home. She was so entertained by our boys and it was obvious she cared deeply for them. I am sure she was a GREAT Grandmother to her grandchildren. She was my buddy when I was a biologist at BFO. - Rick
We will miss you, Frances

Our deepest sympathy to the family. As children, we enjoyed many 'play times' and fun times at our grandmother & grandfather Crouch in Heltonville, Indiana. We had a lot of fun playing dress-up in old clothes from the trunk in the attic. Even though we didn't keep in contact until recently via Facebook, Frances was a favorite cousin and I thought of her often. May God's arms wrap around those who mourn and give comfort and strength for the future. (Wanda)
