Carol, you and all Danny's Loved Ones are being prayed for during this tough time of letting go, dear sister in CHRIST. May Faith and fond memories become all the stronger during this temporary time of separation.
"Absent from the body is to be present with The LORD". What a comforting promise that enables you all to have a great sense of peace. Even though you surely are experiencing some grief, there can be assurance that Danny suffers with his health no more, and you all Believe & Follow CHRIST JESUS there is a grand reunion on the horizon.
JESUS wept at the funeral of Lazarus. HE offered Living Hope to his family. And made a profound promise, punctuated with a question: “I Am The Resurrection and The Life. The one who Believes in ME will Live, even though they die; and whoever Lives by Believing in ME will never die. Do you Believe this?” (from John 11)
JESUS' Death, Burial, and Resurrection is the guarantee for whosoever will Trust HIM and Follow HIM. I'm thankful for the occasions that our paths crossed; i heard and saw Danny's Confidence in CHRIST.
May your Faith enable you all to focus beyond the grave to what GOD Created mankind for and how HE Redeemed us through our LORD & SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST.
You are Loved and not with Living Hope.
