I had the pleasure of working with your mother at the NLCS administration building in the early 70's. She adopted me and made me feel welcome. I often went to her for advice and help. I was young, first married, and very inexperienced in my job. She was always a warm personality and had a big smile for me. She talked of her family and often gave me words of wisdom. After I quit to have my first child I would return to visit her. She was a blessing. I lost track of her for many years, but was so surprised when I ran into her at Wal-Mart 30 years later. She knew me!!! I was thrilled to see her. Same bubbly smile and personality. She was a joy. I hope her last years were not hard. Not hard for her and for her family. Fondly remembering....
