Obituary of Margaret Brown

Bedford – Margaret Brown, 82, of Bedford, died at 12:55 am on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Westview Nursing and Rehab. in Bedford. Born February 25, 1933 in Somerset, KY, she was the daughter of Joseph and Louella (McDermed) Cassidy. She married Dick Brown on July 22, 1956 and he survives. She was a homemaker and member of the Avoca Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Dick, of Bedford; a daughter, Salli Hanners and husband, Jeff, of Springville; a son, Rick Brown of Bedford; three grandchildren, Jeremy, Jake and Stephen Lake; a great grandson, Tate Lake; a sister, Jeanette Nikirk of Oolitic. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Bill, Ben, Carl and Jim Cassidy; sisters, Ginny Ray, Catherine Dorsett and Joann Cassidy; her in-laws, Ruth and Raymond Brown.
