The White family is very sorry for your loss. He was a good man. We knew him as Uncle Olin. When I was young he was the uncle who said the prayer at family gatherings, the man married to Aunt Jo, and Julie and Jayma's dad. After I married and had children I got to know him as a person. He and Tom could talk forever about cars, guns, work, or even just the weather. He held my girls as babies, talked to them as kids, and helped us celebrate holidays, birthdays, and milestones. My girls loved him very much and they both have their own fond memories of him. Uncle Olin and Aunt Jo were a huge source of support in my life when I was at my weakest. He once said "Now Laurie you know you can always come to us." Ten little words that I carry in my heart. Ten little words he meant! I have a tiny clock he made that has sat on my desk for years. The battery has long been dead and I never replaced it, but that clock has moved with us three times and been a constant in our life. A reminder of two beautiful people who loved and love us unconditionally. We offer our support during this time and always. We love you all and have been truly blessed to have you in our lives.
