So sorry for your loss. Jack was my mentor when I broke into EMS many years ago. I have kept in touch and have taken him and his wife to the hospital over the last few years. A good man has been lost. Sorry I was unable to attend. Again so sorry about your loss.

I am so sorry to hear of Jack's passing, he was a great friend of many years. Jack was a mentor of mine, teaching to become an EMT, CPR & First Aid teacher. I always looked up to him for guidance in many factors of my life. Rest in piece my dear friend! Kenny

I worked with Jack in the newsroom of the Times-Mail during his last year there. He was very helpful, friendly, and nice to me. He remembered me over 20 years later when I saw him in my place of work. He was a nice man.

I barely knew Jack but he was a friend of my parents, Marie and Harvey Jeffries and they spoke of him often. I think he had come to visit at our house when I was younger. He was a little guy but a very nice man. I knew his brother Dick much better but all of the Young Family that I've known have been exceptional people. My heart goes out to Jack's family in their loss.
