Frank was a wonderful guy, a true blessing from God. He was a joy to be around, almost always had a great big smile and a laugh. We will miss him, but I am sure the Lord was glad to welcome him home.

What celebration in Heaven!! Once Uncle Frank spends time with Jesus, oh what a time he will have with Mark!
Uncle Frank was one of the happiest Christians I ever met. Sure wish there were many more righteous men on this earth! I send my heart felt condolences to all of you for this is a bitter-sweet time but what a wonderful life he lived! Jesus means for all of to be an example of a Spirit filled life and Uncle Frank certainly met those expectations!

I have many sweet memories of Frank but the latest was when we are in Denny's not long ago. Mona Gayle and Frank came in so I went over to visit with them for a bit. We had our grandchildren from Shoals with us. Frank laughed and talked with them for the longest time. He made sure they have plenty of quarters to fill their pockets before they left. I didn't know all his brothers that was so blessed to know Frank and Eithel! Of course, Mark was very special and I'm sure they were encouraging Frank on his way home!!

Mr. Turner was the most Godly man I believe I have ever met. You knew right off he was a child of God, I was never with him that he didn't have something to share about his God. He was warm, loving, and and enjoyed life. You knew when he & Mrs. Turner would come to Tabernacle of Praise that he would be given the opportunity to speak to the church body. Not too awfully long ago Mrs. Turner said they would no longer be sitting on the front row near the altar & Pastor Gary. This was only because when given the microphone Mr. Turner spoke so highly of his wife and proudly announced how old she was. There will be an empty space at the Veterans Program that no one can fill. Truly a special man.

When I met Frankin 11 years ago he told me he would pray for my safety delivering newspapers. He and his wife always took time to visit with me. He helped me to start praying. Frank was such a nice man! I remember him fondly for many reasons, not the least of which was his wonderful wife and sons. Frank and Mona Gayle were our "halfway house" during the blizzard of '78 and other bad weather on Greer Lane. (Halfway from our house to the highway and a place to stop for rest and warmth when the roads were impassable.) Mona Gayle sent my husband home with a homemade cherry pie which Mark never let me forgot it had been meant for him! Rest in peace at the side of Jesus, dear man.
