Obituary of Vera Allen

Bedford – Vera Allen, 86, of Bedford, went to be with the Lord at 2:56 am on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at I.U. Health Bedford Hospital. Born February 5, 1929 in Los Angles Co., CA, she was the daughter of Arthur Camacho and Helen (Espinosa De Los Monteros) Newman. She was a homemaker and loved dancing and music. Survivors include three sons, Alfred Allen and wife, Sally, of Sacramento, CA, Arthur Allen of Bloomington and Robert Allen and wife, Rhonda, of Oolitic; a daughter, Cindy Allen Wallace and husband, James, of Portland, TX; grandchildren, Andrea Allen, Brian Allen, Christopher Allen and wife, Tasia, Tiffany Luker and husband, Brandon, Nichole Littrell and husband, Bryan and Jeremiah Wallace; five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Helen Sarkissan and a brother, Arthur Camacho. No visitation or services are planned. Arrangements are under the direction of the Day & Carter Mortuary.
