The first time I met her was about a year ago. And I can say she was a very sweet women and very kind. Although I only met her a couple times she was such a blessing to be around. So so sorry for the family's lose. Prayers for the family.

Back in the 1980s, as a boy, I remember grandma making us pies. She stood in our small kitchen on P street in Bedford for hours on end shoveling pies into a tiny oven. She'd sweetly take our orders. Not once complaining about all the work. Dad & mom preferred apple. While I asked for cherry and Jesse begged for chocolate. At that time, she was living in Florida. I believe her last house in Bedford, before moving back, was somewhere off of fifth street. Her visits were pretty infrequent, but mighty. I can still remember the excitement of seeing her travel up P street coming for a visit. Though those days have gone long ago, our beautiful grandma, mom, sister, aunt, Erma Burton will live in our hearts and memories. May you find peace and rest, Brad Burton
