Jim was a life long friend to me. I have many good memories of Jim beginning back into the mid 40's. Jim was older than I, so many times he has took me around town on the handlebars of his bike. Always a friend, always working in Homer's shop building on anything that needed repaired, and he always took the time to explain what and why he was doing what he was on the item on the bench. Good memories of Jim will always linger in my heart. To Mike I say, "Sorry I don't have the words to ease the pain in your heart today, but there will be better days when you recall all the Father & Son things you shared with your Dad, and the joy it gave to you both."
