Obituary of Ronald Keith Harris

Bloomington Ronald Keith (Harry) Harris, 56, of 7085 S. Lucas Road, Bloomington, died at 1:50 pm on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 in Scott Co., Kentucky from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Born September 27, 1951 in Lawrence Co., he was the son of Herman Keith and Eleanor Jean Harris. He was a lab technician at G.E. in Bloomington, IN. He graduated from Oolitic High School in the class of 1969. He was a member of the Terre Haute Chapter of the Victory Motorcycle Club, the Viking Club, the Patriot Guard Riders, the Classic Car Cruiz N and participated in the Miracle Ride for Riley Hospital. He loved car shows and riding his motorcycle. Survivors include three sisters, Beth Grissom and her husband, Travis of Mitchell, Connie Barrett of Bedford and Cindy Dowling of Florida; five nephews, Christopher and Michael Barrett of Seymour, Allan Barrett of Bedford, Dennis Dowling of Evansville and Dan Grissom and his wife, Alyssa, of Bedford; one great nephew, Hayden Grissom; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Sunday, October 21st from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Richard Grace officiating. Burial will follow in Patton Hill Cemetery.
