Obituary of Doneda Gilstrap Harker

Bedford Doneda Gilstrap Harker, 92, of Bedford, died at 10:45 pm on Wednesday, May 19, 2004 at Columbus Health & Rehab Center, Columbus, IN. Born May 16, 1912 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Roscoe and Liddie (Spray) Ritchison. She was a seamstress at M. Fine & Sons in Bedford and a member of the Fairview Community Church. Survivors include three daughters, Mary Rose Gilstrap Brown of Crothersville, IN, Doris June Gilstrap Brown of Columbus, IN and Wilma Jean Gilstrap Hiveley of Medora, IN; nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Eugene Gilstrap and twin sons (in infancy); one daughter, Thelma Gilstrap and one grandson, Daniel Brown. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 22nd from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Kenny Fisher officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday, May 21st at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
