Obituary of Mary F. Hammons

Bedford Mary F. Hammons, 80, a resident of Westview Manor, died at 4:30 pm on Saturday, January 8, 2005 at the Bedford Regional Medical Center. She was born March 15, 1924 in Milton, Kentucky. She married Elmer J. Matthew Hammons and he preceded her in death. She later married Ralph Jr. Brown and he also preceded her in death. She was a cook in the Indianapolis area. Survivors include two daughters, Connie Murphy of Bedford and Carolyn Matthew of Indianapolis; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Carrie Ann Pardue and Charlene Hammons. Funeral Information Graveside services will be conducted at 2:30 pm on Thursday, January 13th at Moffett Cemetery in Milton, KY. Burial will follow. Friends may call from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Thursday, at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
