Obituary of Ada Mae Hamilton

Bedford Ada Mae Hamilton, 85, of Bedford, died at 9:00 pm on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at Stonebridge Health Campus. Born October 14, 1926 in Greene Co., she was the daughter of Joseph and Blanche (Wright) Ashcraft. She married Ora B. Hamilton on February 28, 1947 and he preceded her in death on April 13, 2010. She retired from NWSC Crane and was a member of the Hillcrest Christian Church. Survivors include two sons, Michael Ora Hamilton and wife, Vickie of Heltonville, Timothy Mark Hamilton and wife, Teri of Springville; four grandchildren, Traci Graves of Springville, Crystal Siegfred and husband, Kyle of Trafalgar, IN, Traven Hamilton and wife, Annette of Bedford and Hunter Hamilton of Heltonville; five great grandchildren; two sisters, Ruby Easton of Bedford and Margaret Allen of Owensburg; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Harold G. and Walter L. Ashcraft and two grandchildren (in infancy). Funeral Information Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Monday, November 7th at the Owensburg Cemetery with Pastor Charlie Scott officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday, November 6th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
