Obituary of William Adams
Williams William (Bill) Adams, 67, of 1813 Port Williams Road, Williams, IN, died at 3:05 pm on Thursday, February 14, 2008 at his residence.Born August 7, 1940 in Lawrenceburg, TN, he was the son of Troy and Callie (Shay) Adams. He married Phyllis Klibofske in August 1968 and she survives. He retired as a automation millwright at Ford Motor Co. in 1991. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the White River Bow Hunters Club. Bill was highly respected in his community and enjoyed hunting and fishing.Surviving with his wife, Phyllis of Williams are one son, Scott Adams and his wife, Michelle of Ellettsville; one daughter, Dawn Concannon and her husband, Michael of Williams; five grandchildren, Amanda, Joshua, Tabitha, Adam and William. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral Information
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 17th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Jeff Hauersperger officiating. Burial will follow in the Port Williams Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturday, February 16th and from 12:00 noon until the hour of service on Sunday, February 17th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
