Obituary of Dale Gould

Bedford-Dale Gould, 72, of Bedford died at 7:50 AM on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at the Hospice House in Bloomington. Born January 3, 1941 in Lawrence County he was the son of Heber Ray and Hazel Louise (Pace) Gould. He married Myrna Southern on September 26, 1959 and she survives. He was the manager at Hall Oil Company for 24 years and retired from Merriman Steel after 21 years. He loved hunting, fishing, NASCAR, and junkin. Survivors include his wife Myrna of Bedford; one daughter: Teresa Spires and her husband Jerry of Bedford; one son: Loren Gould and his wife Janine of Bedford; four grandchildren: Justin (Jay) Spires of Bloomington, Jesse Spires and his wife Jeri of Bedford, Jacey Chastain and her husband Corey of Bedford, and Kali Gould of Bedford; four great grandchildren: Kayne and Hayden Spires, and Cutler and Hunter Chastain; one brother: David Gould of Springville; two sisters: Marilyn Borders of Bedford, and Norma Ann Walters of Bedford. He was preceded in death by his parents, one grandson: Loren Dale William Gould, one brother: Randall Gould. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 3rd in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastor Billy Brim officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, April 2nd.
