Obituary of Dolores M. Gilstrap

Bedford Dolores M. Gilstrap, 79, of 1321 15th Street, Bedford, died at 7:57 pm on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at the Bedford Regional Medical Center. Born October 25, 1930 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Frank Joseph and Bernice Evelyn (Trinkle) Bechner. She married Raymond Gilstrap on January 24, 1953 and he survives. She had worked in the banking industry for twenty years and was the co-owner of Gilstrap Realty along with her husband for thirty years. Survivors include her husband, Raymond of Bedford; one daughter, Jennifer Faris and husband, Michael of Bedford; two grandchildren, Jeremy and Timothy Faris. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, George F. Bechner. Funeral Information Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 24th at Cresthaven Memory Gardens with Rev. Dr. Kregg Burris officiating. Burial will follow. No calling hours are scheduled.
