Obituary of Mildred A. Fry

Bedford - Mildred A. Fry, 75, of 107 O Street, Bedford, died at 11:45 am on Monday, April 17, 2006 at the White River Lodge in Bedford. Born, May 31, 1930 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Clyde and Stella (Brown) Jones. She married William Harold Ray and he died in December of 1992. She later married John Fry on May 10, 1994 and he survives. She was a homemaker. Surviving with her husband, John of Bedford is one daughter, Martha Sowders and her husband, Raymond (Bud) of Heltonville, three grandchildren, Rick Sowders and his wife Krystal of Heltonville, Billy Eggers and Shelley Craig and her husband, Kevin all of Bedford; four great grandchildren, Casey Wayne Sowders, Todd , Britney and Winter Bokern and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, William; one daughter, Judith Ann Ray, four sisters, Zora Kimbrel, Charlotte Lewis, Vivian Harrison and Violet Sargent; two brothers, Rusaw Goens and Pete Jones. Funeral Information Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 20th from the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, April 19th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
